Mechanics:
Get hired as a sign-on bonus for our featured careers in Accounting and Finance and enjoy a bonus of PHP50,000 and PHP100,000, depending on the level of the role. Incentives will be credited on the nearest payout of their 30th and 180th day of employment
Payment Schedule:
- Level 3 Accountants – PHP 100, 000 (PHP 30, 000 on the 30th day of employment and PHP 70, 000 on the 180th day of employment)
- Level 2 Accountants – PHP 50, 000 (PHP 20, 000 on the 30th day of employment and PHP 30, 000 on the 180th day of employment)
Clawback Provision:
If an employee voluntarily resigns or is terminated for cause within 90 days (3 months) of their hire date, the full amount of the SOB will be subject to clawback.
Additional Considerations:
- The SOB is considered taxable income and will be subject to applicable taxes.
- Cloudstaff reserves the right to modify or terminate the SOB program at any time.
- The SOB is in addition to the employee’s regular salary and benefits.
